About me
Four Decades of Lived Experience
My path led me from music college through years in Indian ashrams to leading a mid-sized company. This unusual combination is no coincidence — it is the foundation of my work.
Spirituality for me is not a withdrawal from life, but a deeper way of being within it. I accompany people who stand at crossroads, who search for meaning, or who need orientation in times of crisis — with what I truly know: life itself.
I work in Leipzig and offer sessions in person as well as by video on request.
Beginning of spiritual practice — meditation, bodywork and first encounter with Eastern philosophy.
Extended stays in Indian ashrams. Deepening in Vipassana and ZaZen. Encounters with great teachers.
Leadership of a mid-sized company. Integration of spiritual practice into management and everyday life.
Focus on counselling and accompaniment. NLP and hypnosis training according to Milton Erickson.
